How We Research Programs
A useful listing starts with evidence, not an assumption.
Sources and publication
We research organization websites, government sources and authoritative community-resource directories. Each published record includes a verification source. Some records are supported by an authoritative secondary source rather than a program’s own website; source links are available on the program page.
What “verified” means here
It means the listing was checked against the cited web evidence. It does not mean we telephoned every organization, confirmed stock today, or independently audited the service. Inventory, eligibility, opening hours and operations can change after review.
Equipment and geography
We do not treat a generic wheelchair reference as proof of power-wheelchair or mobility-scooter availability. A knee scooter is not the same as a powered mobility scooter. We separate service area from physical address and ask users to confirm uncertain boundaries.
Corrections and maintenance
The directory supports periodic review and record updates. We have no fixed review interval to promise. Report a broken link, closure, inaccurate service area or changed equipment offering through our contact form. Include the program name and a public source when possible.
