Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email, subject and message. Submissions are stored privately in WordPress so the site administrator can review and respond. Notification email is addressed to contact@freemobilityequipment.com; a stored submission does not depend on successful email delivery. Do not submit sensitive health or identity information.

Search and tools

ZIP and filter values can appear in search URLs and normal hosting logs. ZIP codes are resolved using a lookup stored on this website. Calculator and checklist answers are processed in the page and are not submitted or intentionally retained by our tools.

Hosting and cookies

Hostinger and WordPress process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Administrative sign-in uses cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and general website usage. Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information such as browser and device details. Page URLs sent by our analytics integration exclude query strings and fragments; referring URLs are reduced to their website origin. We do not send ZIP codes, contact-form contents, calculator answers or eligibility responses as analytics event parameters. Automatic form and site-search tracking and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not install display ads. You can restrict cookies or block analytics through your browser settings. Third-party websites linked in the directory have their own privacy practices.

Use and retention

Contact information is used to review inquiries, respond and maintain directory accuracy. Inquiries remain in administrator-controlled storage until removed; hosting backups may retain copies. We do not sell contact-form information. We update this policy when our data practices change.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact contact@freemobilityequipment.com. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, but do not send sensitive records.
