What to confirm before you apply
Ask whether the program supplies a ramp or helps fund one, who evaluates the site, and who handles permits, installation and removal.

No. Review the benefit type and contact the organization. Inventory, costs and eligibility can change.
What if the exact equipment is not listed?
Ask the program directly or broaden the search. The directory only tags equipment supported by its research; an absent tag does not establish that the program never carries the item.
Can I visit without calling?
Call first to confirm service eligibility, the collection address, hours and stock. Some listed addresses are administrative or mailing locations.
